Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 10.04.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.712 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant regarding his missing daughter since 18.11.2024 at about 8:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
