The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Sections 302, 504, 506/34 IPC & 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Nagfani, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR alongwith two others and as per allegation, he caused fire arm injury to the deceased but admittedly, informant of the case was not the eye witness and from the FIR it reflects that Gulshan and Shaan Ali were the eye witnesses who were present at spot. 4. He further submitted that when statements of above eye witnesses were recorded during investigation then they stat
