The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 800 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 103(1), 49, 54, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant was named in the FIR but on the basis of false allegation, he has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Nishant Mishra and after considering the entire facts of the case co-accused Nishant Mishra has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12416 of 20
