This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ajay Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 08 of 2025, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station- Ramgarhtal, District- Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Shrey shukla and Rajan @ Wasim Ahmad have already been enlarged on bail of this Court by orders dated 03.04.2025 and 09.04.2025 passe
