Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 292 of 2024, U/S 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has already been granted bail by this Court passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 27352 of 2024 vide order dated 21.3.2025 u/s 376(3) IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act.
