The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.293 of 2024, under Section302 I.P.C. and Sections 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present was lodged on 07.06.2024 against applicant and others and according to the FIR, on 06.06.2024 at about 9:00 a.m. some dispute of the applicant arose with the son of the informant and after sometime applicant came alongwith his son and two unknown persons and by inflicting knife injuries committed his murder. 4.
