This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Nadeem Alias Vilal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 603 of 2024, under Sections 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Nawabad, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that recovery of one live bullet 315 bore has been shown from possession of the applicant and nothing incriminating has been recovered. He next submits that it is a no injury case
