The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Usman @ Amir Khan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 164 of 2024, under Section 3/5(A)/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act, 1960 and Section 325 B.N.S., Police Station- Ekauna, District- Deoria. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 22 alive and 1 dead cattle are alleged to be recovered, but there is no independent witness of the recovery.
