The first Bail Application filed by the applicant has been rejected by this Bench vide order dated 05.03.2025. 2. Heard Sri Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vijendra Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Basant Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Jasrana, District- Firozabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 170 Kg. 806 gm. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons.
