This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Riyasat, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 693 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 118(1), 131 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bannadevi, District- Aligarh. . Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.7.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Dilshad, Rashid and Hasnain have already been granted bail by this Court on 19.2.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46752 of 2024.
