This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ravi Gaund, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2025, under Sections 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Nebua Naurangia, District Kushinagar.
