Rejoinder affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. None is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 318(4), 351(2), 64(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Swar, District Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
