The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 294 of 2013, under Sections 376-A, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Sikandara Rau, District- Hathras, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the present matter earlier applicant was released on bail in the year 2013 and thereafter he regularly attended the trial court but unfortunately due to his illness, he could not attend the trial court for four months and in the meantime, coercive measures have been taken against him and when applicant came to know about this fact then he himself surrendered before the court concerned and since then he is in jail. 4.
