The first bail application bearing Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 29164 of 2024 was rejected on 15.01.2025 by this Court. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shashank Singh, Advocate, holding brief of learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Piyush with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 511 of 2024, under Sections 8, 20, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 78 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant. It is further submitted that since such recovery is not sup
