The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Narendra Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Majhaula, District- Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution version, 101 Kg. of Ganja has been recovered from the Creta car in which applicant and co-accused persons were travelling. The applicant has been lifted from the Chauraha near his house on 4.2.2025 and on 5.2.2025, he has been falsely implicated in this case and false recovery has been planted upon him.
