There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry and commission offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that from the statement of the victim it appears that she is aged about 15 years. It is also clear she has neither made allegation of commission offence of rape nor abduction against him. She has admitted her consensual relation-ship although she is minor aged about 15 years and applicant is stated to be of 19 years. Applicant is in jail since 27.07.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. This court had to consider whether the implication under POCSO Act would be justif
