The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 351(2), 351(3), 333, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Bhawanpur, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co-accused Devendra @ Mangal, Veer Singh and Ravi @ Lakkad and all the above co-accused persons have already been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 03.03.2025 and 08.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 7330 of 2025 and 11315 of 2025 respectively and on facts, case of applicant is at par with them. 4. She further submits, h
