This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aas Mohammad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Bhojpur, District- Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Nizam has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 15.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12101 of 2025 copy of the bail order
