The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sikandar Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 72 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Animals Cruelty Act, 1960, Police Station- Ali Nagar, District- Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is driver of the vehicle from which two alive cattle were recovered. There is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 05.03.2025 and he has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that there is no possibility of the applicant
