Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.325 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Mawana, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is named in the FIR alongwith others and as per allegation, he and others by inflicting knife injuries committed the murder of the son of the informant but entire allegation leveled against the applicant is totally false. 5. He further submits that in the FIR and in the statements of the witnesses except the statement of eye-witness Anuj, only general allegations have been leveled again
