This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Manager Ansari, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Kubersthan, District- Kushinagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Dhanesh Gupta, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 10.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
