This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sabhajeet, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2025, under Sections 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 amd 5(M)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Didarganj, District- Azamgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 02.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR has been lodged after two days of the incident without any plausible explanation. There is no independent witness of the alleged incident. As per the medical examination report of the v
