Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Harish Singh holding brief of Sri Ankit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are three cases shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which cases he is already on bail, the bail orders are annexed as Annexure no.4 to the affidavit. Apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant is having 25 other criminal history which has been adequately explained in paragraph 2 of the supplementary affidavit, out of those cases, he has been bailed out in all those cases. Submission of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is neither a gang leader or organizer or member of the gang and the provision of Gangster Act may not be applicable in the facts
