This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Karan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 364 of 2024, under Sections 109, 61(2), 336(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 3/5A/5B/8 and Section 11 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter act and Section 3/4/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Sevrahi, District- Kushinagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.02.2025.
