Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. Counter affidavit filed today by learned AGA on behalf of the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagvalkya Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State-Respondent and perused the record of the case. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 556 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Ajeetemal, District Auraiya. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 2 Kg 55 Gram Charas is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
