The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Complaint case No. 3601 of 1998, under Sections 498A, 302 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Merapur, District Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has been summoned in a complaint case. 4. He further submitted that however complaint case was lodged against the applicant and others in the year 1993 but summoning order passed against him was stayed by this Court till the year 2014 and however in the year 2014, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant was dismissed but unfortunately applicant could not become aware about this fact. 5.
