This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ballam @ Jittendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 255 of 2024, under Sections 333, 75, 78, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & Section 7/8 of POCSO Act & Section 3(2)5a of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Ramala, District- Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent.
