The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 47 of 2025, under Sections 274, 275, 319(2) 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) 349, 350(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 63/65 of Copy Right Act, Police Station Lalganj, District Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant works in the shop of his uncle namely Kamlesh Jaiswal and his son namely Vinit Jaiswal is engaged in the business of spices.
