Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute of the deceased took place with co-accused, Ankit and Sushant, who fired on the deceased as a result of which he died. It is a case of single gun shot injury. Who is the author of the same out of three accused is not known. Both the co-accused, Ankit and Sushant, have been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application nos.14439 of 2024 and 2544 of 2024 respectively by the coordinate benches of this court. Applicant is in jail since 02.09.2023. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
