This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Manoj Mandal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 333 of 2024, under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station- G.R.P. Gorakhpur, District- Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent.
