Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(1), 127(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant called the victim to restaurant and had taken her to a secluded place and committed rape with her on 14.11.2024 at about 10.00 am. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by more th
