This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Karan Kumar Noniya, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 333 of 2024, under Sections 317 (2), 317 (4), 317 (5) BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- GRP, Gorakhpur, District- Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.12.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Manoj Mandal, has already been enlarged on bail of by this Bench by order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
