The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 267 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah, during pendency of the trial.
