The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2024 for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 66-C & 66-D of the Information Technology (Amended) Act, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial, after rejection of his bail application by Sessions Judge, Fatehpur, vide order dated 08.10.2024. Brief facts of the case are that the first information report dated 30.08.2024 has been lodged against the accused-applicant and some unknown persons alleging therein that on 17.05.2024, the present accused-applicant, Ajay Gupta told the informant that he had sold a plot for which commission
