Heard Sri Chandra Shekhar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant, Anita Sharma, Advocate, holding brief of learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Khilendra with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 60 (1) Excise Act, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1 Kg. 50 gm. of Charas and 20 boxes of country liquor are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant. It is further submitted that since such recovery is not supported by independent witness, po
