This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Bunty, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Lal Kurti , District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 22.9.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is a dispute between husband and wife. But both the parties have now compromised the matter and living together peacefully. H
