Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 195 of 2023, under Sections- 2(B)(1)/3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, Police Station- Mandawali, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that only one case has been shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, the bail order is annexed as Annexure no.1 to the affidavit that is not of serious offence. It is also submitted that apart from the gang chart, applicant has been assigned criminal history of nine cases to his credit, which has been duly explained in para-2 of the supplementary affidavit.
