This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aneesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 695 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Kosikalan, District -Mathura. 4.
