The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103, 238, 3(5) BNS, Police Station Kapoorpur, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person and according to the FIR, father of the applicant had gone on 19.1.2025 but did not return. 4. He further submitted that immediately after lodgement of the FIR it appears that dead body of the deceased was recovered and after recovery of the dead body informant moved an application on same day i.e. 23.1.2025 to the police and in the application which has been annexed at page 40
