Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0807 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 61(2), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, co-accused Narendra @ Chunnu is stated to have committed rape with the victim and the applicant had video recorded the said act. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case
