First bail application of the applicant was rejected by the coordinate Bench of this court on 21.10.2022 which is not available now. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 21.01.2022. Before the trial court, only two prosecution witnesses out of 32 have been examined. Fate of trial is uncertain. The applicant has no previous criminal antecedents. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
