This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Anubhav Mittal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406 of the IPC and Section 66 of Information Technology Act, Police Station Kankerkhera , District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 4.11.2020. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is one of the director of the company and due to this he has been falsely implicated in this case.
