This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Wakeel, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2025 , under Sections 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Kuberesthan , District Kushinagar . Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.2.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that false recovery has been planted upon the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Dhanesh Gupta, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 10.4
