This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.208 of 2025, under section 136, 137 of Electricity Act, Police station Anti Power Tehft, District-Hapur, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. 36 quintal wire, one country made pistol, one live cartridge, two Mahindra Pick Up vehicles have been recovered from 8 accused persons. The applicant has not been arrested on the spot. Recovery has not been supported by independent witnesses. There is no prospect of trial
