The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.318 of 2024, under Sections 65(2), 296 B.N.S. and Section 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Tronika City, District Ghaziabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have shown some indecent video to the daughter of the informant aged about 8 years and had committed rape with her on 04.07.2024 at about 2:00 p.m. 6.
