Anticipatory Bail Application has been moved by the applicant after rejection of his anticipatory bail application by order dated 05.02.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge/ Special Judge, (Prevention of Corruption Act), Special Court No. 3, Varanasi seeking Anticipatory Bail in Case Crime No. 83 of 2012, under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 447A, 120B and 34 I.P.C. and Section 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, police station-Jalalpur, district-Jaunpur. 3- Brief facts of the case are as under:- 3.1-On receiving several complaints regarding the work done in the financial year 2004-05 under the “Sampurn Gramin Rozgar Yojana” in
