No.193 of 2008 (State Vs. Suhail Ansari) arising out of Case Crime No.122 of 2007, under Sections 376, 506 (2) and 304 IPC, Police Station Baburi, District Chandauli, whereby trial court has acquitted the accused, namely, Suhail Ansari for the charge under Section 304 I.P.C. 3.
