Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 27.2.2002 passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.8, Kanpur Dehat in Sessions Trial No. 357 of 1998. 2. Perused the office report dated 26.4.2025 based on the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat dated 09.4.2025, according to which, the sole appellant Anil Shukla @ Babali is dead. Along with report of the C.J.M., statements of Sanjay Kumar, brother of the appellant and that of Gram Pradhan of village Itarra, District Kanpur Nagar and the report of Sub- Inspector, P.S. Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar have also been annexed. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands abated.
