Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 14.2.2008 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Azamgarh in Sessions Trial No. 300 of 1986. 2. Perused the office report dated 9.5.2025 and report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh dated 6.9.2024, according to which the sole appellant-Munni s/o Kalika died on 18.3.2011. Along with report of the CJM, Azamgarh statements of Rajan Verma s/o Munnilal, Radhika w/o Munnilal, Nurulain Ahmad (Sabhasad) s/o Mohd. Yakoob and Sri Anil Kumar, Sub-Inspector Police Station Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh and death certificate issued by Govt. of U.P. have been annexed. 3. Accordingly, present appeal stands abated. 4.
