Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 29.10.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.8, Bulandshahar in Sessions Trial No. 1091 of 1999. 2. Perused the office report dated 22.3.2025 based on the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar dated 23.5.2024, according to which, the sole appellant Santosh has died on 09.1.2024. Along with report of the C.J.M., statements of Jugalkishore, brother of the appellant, Ramvir Singh, Pradhan of village Ramgarhi, District Bulandshahar and Sanjay Kumar, cousin of the appellant have also been annexed. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands abated. However, it is directed that the record of the present appeal shall remain connected with the connected appeals.
